摘　　要：社区邻里中心是对城市公共配套功能的补充完善,加强人与人之间对话互动关系的空间场所。不仅在功能特性上需要满足城市居住者的功能需求,在建筑布局和形式上也需要顺应城市空间且具有一定的地域特征。研究以延安市延安新区北区社区邻里中心为例,通过对该类建筑的特性和使用需求进行分析,并从城市空间关系、公共场所营建、功能空间组织三个方面进行思考,提供一个实验性建筑探讨案例,为城市新区服务性建筑设计实践策略提供借鉴。Community neighborhood center is a space to supplement and improve the public functions of the city and to increase the dialogue and interactions between people.It needs to meet the functional needs of urban residents not only in terms of functional characteristics,but also in terms of architectural layout and form with certain regional characteristics.This paper takes the North District Community Neighborhood Center of Yan’an New Area in Yan’an City as an example,analyzes the characteristics and usage needs of this type of building,and considers from three aspects of urban spatial relationship,public space-making and functional-spatial organization.As an experimental architectural case study,it provides references for design strategies of service buildings in new urban areas.
