摘 要:城市在极端降水骤增、洪涝灾害频发、用水需求猛增的情况下,提高风险防控能力与城市韧性成为迫切需要解决的问题。高层住区景观雨水系统提升城市水韧性的研究是在参照国外城市雨水系统构建方法的基础上,结合西安常年降水、蒸发、土壤下渗状况,通过GIS分析典型高层住区周边地形坡度、高程、径流等状况,评估其雨洪风险及潜在损失程度,提出西安新建高层住区景观系统水韧性提升策略应以实现场地原有水平衡状态为目标,增加汇集、蓄存、利用雨水的空间,完善景观单元的生态功能,确保雨水在景观系统中周期性循环。研究为城市高层住区雨水资源利用、景观生态重构、城市防洪减灾提供参考。In the case of rapid increase in extreme precipitation,frequent flood disasters and great increase in water consumption in cities,it has become an urgent problem to improve the risk prevention capacities and urban resilience.The study of using the high-rise residential landscape rainwater system to improve urban water resilience is based on the reference of foreign urban rainwater system construction methods.According to annual precipitation,evaporation,soil infiltration conditions in Xi’an,the slope,elevation,runoff and other conditions of typical high-rise residential areas are analyzed with GIS,and the rain flood risks and potential losses are assessed.The paper puts forward the strategies for improving rainwater resilience of landscape system in high-rise residential areas in Xi’an should be aimed at realizing the original water balance state of the site,increasing the space for collecting,storing and using rainwater,improving the ecological function of landscape units,and ensuring the periodic circulation of rainwater in the landscape system.The paper provides a refrence for the utilization of rainwater resources,landscape ecological reconstruction and urban flood control and disaster reduction in high-rise residential areas.
