摘 要:拉锻式摩擦塞补焊(FPPW)是对火箭燃料贮箱制造缺陷进行高质量修补的重要手段。使用圆柱形塞孔、圆弧形塞棒以及成型垫板,开展大轴向力、低转速条件下6 mm厚2219-T87铝合金的拉锻式摩擦塞补焊工艺试验,并对焊缝成形和接头力学性能进行研究。在给定参数区间中,正交实验设计法推测出较优的工艺参数组合是:焊接转速4000 r/min、焊接轴向力60 kN以及焊接进给量6 mm。对由优化参数组合获得的焊接接头,光学显微镜、X光探伤显示接头无缺陷,热影响区极小;拉伸试验结果表明接头抗拉强度达372 MPa,屈服强度达242 MPa,断后伸长率为4.5%。Friction pull plug welding(FPPW)is an important means for high-quality repair of rocket fuel tank manufactur‐ing defects.In current work,FPPW experiments of 6mm thick 2219-T87 aluminum alloy using cylindrical plug hole,arc-shaped plug and supporting plate were carried out at large axial welding force and low rotation speed,and then the weld for‐mation and mechanical properties of the joints were studied.In the given parameter range,The optimal combination of pro‐cess parameters determined by orthogonal experimental design method is:4000 rpm rotation speed,60 kN axial welding force and 6mm axial feed displacement.The results of metallographic microscope observation and X-ray flaw detection show that under the condition of the above parameters,the weld is well formed,without defects,and the heat affected zone is very small.The tensile test results show that the tensile strength of the joints under the above parameters is 372 MPa,the yield strength is 242 MPa,and the elongation is 4.5%.
