摘  要:研究去应力退火和完全退火两种热处理状态下30 mm厚TC4钛合金电子束焊接接头的组织和性能。结果表明:两种热处理状态下,接头的组织构成类似,BW区以等轴α相+板条状α相与晶间β相组成的双相组织,HAZ区由初生α相、针状马氏体α′相以及板条状α相和β相的双相组织组成,WM区主要由大量的针状马氏体α′相和少量分布在原始β晶界的α相组成。与去应力退火状态相比,在完全退火状态下,接头整体组织更加均匀,α相球化程度更高,抗拉能力更强,抗冲击性能更弱。The microstructures and properties of EBW joint of 30 mm TC4 titanium alloy under two heat treatment condi‐tions of stress relief annealing and full annealing were studied.The results show that the microstructure of the joint is similar under two heat treatment conditions.The BM is mainly composed of equiaxedαphase plus two-phase structure consisting of lathαphase and intercrystallineβphase,and the HAZ is composed of primaryαphase,acicular martensiteα′phase and two-phase structure consisting of lathαphase and intercrystallineβphase.The WM is mainly composed of a large number of acicular martensiteα′phases and a small number ofαphases distributed at the originalβgrain boundary.In the fully an‐nealed state,the overall organization of the joint is more uniform and higher spheroidization ofαphase,stronger tensile strength and weaker impact resistance,compared with the stress relieved annealed state.
