摘 要:通过综合运用数据采集卡的模拟输入输出功能以及高速摄像的外部触发功能,利用虚拟仪器LABVIEW和高速摄像设备,开发了一套弧焊参数采集与分析系统。该系统可以对焊接过程的电信号信息和熔滴过渡图像信息同步采集,并对采集的电信号进行滤波处理、统计分析、U-I分析、相关性分析、FFT变换、STFT变换、功率谱分析等时域和频域的分析。将该系统应用于GMAW(gas metal arc welding)过程中,通过综合分析电信号与熔滴过渡图像的关系以及焊接电流变异系数与频率的关系,可以直观地反映出焊接过程稳定性和电信号与熔滴过渡的关系,为波形控制和熔滴过渡控制提供理论依据,有利于优化GMAW过程。Through the comprehensive use of the analog input and output functions of the data acquisition card and the exter‐nal trigger function of the high-speed camera,a virtual instrument LABVIEW and high-speed camera equipment are used to develop a set of arc welding parameter acquisition and analysis system,which can analyze the electrical signal information of the welding process.Simultaneous acquisition of droplet transition image information,filtering,statistical analysis,U-I analysis,correlation analysis,FFT transformation,STFT transformation,power spectrum analysis and other time domain and frequency domain analysis of the collected electrical signals.The system is applied to the GMAW(gas metal arc weld‐ing)process.By comprehensively analyzing the relationship between the electrical signal and the droplet transfer image and the relationship between the welding current variation coefficient and frequency,the stability of the welding process and the relationship between the electrical parameters and the droplet can be intuitively reflected.The relationship of transition pro‐vides a basis for waveform control and droplet transfer control,which is beneficial to optimize the GMAW process.
