摘 要:采用等离子弧对3 mm厚的316L奥氏体不锈钢和2205双相不锈钢板进行对接焊,分析了焊接接头微观组织、力学性能以及耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,316L/2205异种不锈钢等离子弧焊焊缝组织总体均匀细小,但各区域具有一定方向性,焊缝组织随转弧电流增大而粗化,焊缝区的奥氏体和铁素体较粗大。不同大小电流下的异种不锈钢接头的显微硬度分布总体的变化趋势基本一致,焊缝平均抗拉强度达到533~571 MPa,且均断裂在316L侧。转弧电流较小时,焊缝细小均匀的组织保证了其较高的硬度和拉伸强度。两种母材和焊缝的自腐蚀电位从高至低为75 A焊缝>85 A焊缝>316L母材>2205母材>95 A焊缝。增大转弧电流可使焊缝中奥氏体含量增加且破坏晶界,从而影响晶间腐蚀速率。Plasma arc welding was adopted to butt welding of 316L austenitic stainless steel and 2205 duplex stainless steel,and the microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the welded joint were analyzed.The results showed that the microstructure of plasma arc welded 316L/2205 dissimilar stainless steel joints was uniform and fine,and being with a certain directionality.The size of austenite and ferrite in the weld zone was larger than that of in the edge area,but was coarsened with increasing the arc current.The overall change trend of the microhardness distribution of the dissimi‐lar stainless steel joints under different currents was consistent.The average tensile strength of the welds reached 533~571 MPa,and all joints fractured on the 316L side.When the arc current was small,the fine and uniform microstructure of the weld ensured high hardness and tensile strength.The self-corrosion potential of the base materials and welds from high to low was joint 75 A>joint 85 A>316L base material>2205 base material>joint 95 A.Increasing the arc current can increase the austenite content in the weld and destroy the grain boundaries,thereby affecting the rate of intergranular corrosion.
