摘　　要：介绍了一种铸造涂料流涂机,包括涂料池、涂料桶、管道泵、流涂管道、涂料搅拌器、一二级滤网。该涂流机可以实现涂料在系统中循环,满足了流涂要求,且在整个过程中,完成了涂料的过滤和搅拌,防止涂料沉淀分层造成流涂质量下降,并可以将涂料中砂型掉落的杂物过滤出来。This paper introduces a casting paint flow coating machine,including paint pool,paint barrel,pipeline pump,flow coating pipeline,paint agitator and first and second stage filter.The coating machine can realize the circulation of the paint in the system,meet the requirements of flow coating,and in the whole process,complete the filtration and agitation of the paint,prevent the coating precipitation stratification caused by the flow coating quality decline,and filter out the debris dropped by the sand in the paint.
