摘 要:为提高5154铝镁合金线材的综合性能,采取不同铸造冷却方式对5154铝合金线材进行试验研究,采用扫描电子显微镜、拉伸力学测试仪及电阻测试仪对合金材料的组织和性能进行研究,结果表明:采用新型双面冷却工艺生产的5154铝镁合金晶粒细小且均匀,合金晶粒得到了细化;其制备的φ8 mm铝镁合金铸杆抗拉强度高达242 MPa,断裂伸长率为22%,导电率为36%IACS,比传统单面冷却方法所制备的样品指标分别提高了7.1%、21.1%和4.3%.In order to improve the comprehensive performance of 5154 Al-Mg alloy wire,experiments were conducted on 5154 Al-Mg alloy wire by different casting cooling methods.The microstructure and properties of alloy materials were studied by scanning electron microscope,tensile mechanics tester and resistance tester.The results show that:The 5154 Al-Mg alloy produced by the new double-sided cooling process has fine and uniform grains,and the alloy grains are refined.The tensile strength of 8 mm aluminummagnesium alloy cast rod is up to 242 MPa,the elongation at break is 22%,and the electrical conductivity is 36% IACS,which are 7.1%,21.1% and 4.3% higher than those prepared by the traditional single-side cooling method,respectively.
