摘 要:为探索见血封喉叶的结构与生态环境的适应性,采用石蜡切片法和次氯酸钠离析法,对见血封喉叶片的解剖结构进行观察和研究。结果表明:见血封喉的叶是等面叶,气孔器只存在于下表皮,栅栏组织发达,光合作用能力强,具有旱生植物和阳地植物叶片的结构特点,适应生长于高温高湿的热带、亚热带地区;消除人为因素对其造成的影响,可摆脱其濒危的状态。In order to explore the adaptability of the structure and ecological environment of the leaves of A n-tiaris toxicaria,we observed and analyzed the anatomical structure of the A.toxicaria leaf,by means of paraffin sectioning and NaClO maceration.The results showed that the isoplane leaves of A.toxicaria possessed well-developed palisade tissues and a strong photosynthesis ability.In addition,the stomatal apparatuses of those leaves were only seen in the lower epidermis.The structural characteristics of the leaves of these xero-phytes are suitable for their growth in tropical and subtropical regions with high temperature and high humidity.Eliminating the influence of human factors on those plants can get rid of its endangered state.
