摘　　要：玉蕊是分布于非洲、亚洲和大洋洲的热带、亚热带地区的半红树植物。在中国,由于历史上砍伐次数较多及近年来人为因素的影响,使得玉蕊栖息地质量下降,生存环境发生退化或丧失,最终导致玉蕊天然分布面积较少,已成为珍稀濒危植物。对广东省湛江市遂溪县流牛滩湿地进行的野外勘查和植物种群调查显示,该地新发现玉蕊种群是中国已知玉蕊资源中面积最大、单株数量最多的天然林,但整体呈破碎化分布。由于玉蕊的生态、经济价值较高,应对其进行更为具体的调查,并采取针对性措施,对这片玉蕊种群进行保护和修复。Barringtonia racemosa is a semi-mangrove plant distributed in tropical and subtropical regions of Africa,Asia and Oceania.In China,due to the high number of felling in history and the influence of human fac-tors in recent years,the habitat quality of B.racemosa has declined,the living environment has declined,the liv-ing environment has degenerated or lost,and finally the natural distribution area of B.racemosa is small,which has become a rare and endangered plant.The field survey and plant population survey of Liuniutan Wetland in Suixi,Zhanjiang,Guangdong Province show that the newly discovered B.racemosa population is the largest nat-ural forest with the largest area and the largest number of individual trees among the known B.racemosa re-sources in China,but it is distributed in fragments as a whole.Due to its ecological and economic value,more specific investigation should be carried out and targeted measures should be taken to protect and repair this B.racemosapopulation.
