海南油茶产业存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：对海南油茶产业现状进行总结,并指出海南油茶产业在种植、加工和市场等环节存在的问题,包括油茶种苗来源和种类混乱、授粉树种配置随意、水肥管理粗放、低产林和大小年结果问题突出、茶油产品单一、价格长期停留在高位等。针对性地提出如下发展对策:科研单位应加强油茶关键产业问题研发和成果推广;政府层面应加大油茶科研项目投入,加大油茶全产业链的支持;尽快成立海南油茶协会,促进油茶行业健康有序发展。该文对海南油茶产业的管理、研发和生产人员具有一定的参考价值。The current situation of Hainan Camellia industry is summarized and the problems that exist in the planting,processing,and market aspects of Hainan Camellia industry are presented.These issues include con-fused source and types of planting materials,arbitrary allocation of pollinating tree species,extensive manage-ment of water and fertilizer,prominent issues with low yield forests and alternate bearing,single product struc-ture and long-term high prices of tea oil.The developmental strategies are given as fllows:Scientific research institutions should strengthen the research of key problems and extension of scientific and technological achievements in Hainan Camellia industry;The government should increase investment in scientific research projects and increase support for the entire industrial chain of Hainan Camellia industry;The Hainan Camellia industry association should be established as soon as possible to promote the healthy and orderly development of Hainan Camellia industry.It has reference value for the management,research and development,and produc-tion personnel of Hainan Camellia industry.
