摘　　要：资产管理已成为一个全球性的行业,近年来行业出现了许多新的特征,正展现快速发展的势头。本文系统梳理了全球资产管理行业的发展现状与趋势,着重分析了国外先进资管机构的发展模式与优势。最后,结合国外资管行业发展的经验教训与我国资管行业当前的现实特征,提出优化我国商业银行资管业务发展的对策建议。Asset management has become a global industry,in recent years,the industry appeared many new characteristics,is showing the momentum of rapid development.This paper systematically reviews the development status and trend of the global asset management industry,and focuses on analyzing the development mode and advantages of foreign advanced asset management institutions.In addition,the causes of typical negative events in the global asset management industry are also discussed.Finally,combining the development experience and current characteristics of Chinese capital management industry,it puts forward some suggestions to optimize the development of Chinese commercial banks'capital management.
