摘　　要：现代产业技术发展对电子信息类专业的人才需求量日渐旺盛,也对工科人才的培养目标和模式提出新要求。根据新工科建设倡导的培养工程科技创新和产业创新人才的理念,产教融合为地方高校和区域产业深度融合提供有效途径。该文根据当前产业发展新需求和高校教学新环境,分析地方院校产教融合现状并针对现存问题发表几点思考。随后结合该校实际情况,分别从培养目标设置、课程体系构建、实践教学设计和人才质量评价等方面提出电子信息类专业产教融合改革的探索方案,以期为新工科背景下的地方院校产教融合发展提供参考。The development of modern industrial technology needs lots of talents majored in electronic information,and puts forward new requirements for the training objectives and modes.The constructions of new engineering advocate personnel training for engineering and industrial innovation.The integration between industry and education provides an effective way for the deep integration of local universities and regional industries.According to the new needs of industrial development and the new teaching environment of universities,the current situations are analyzed and some thoughts are given.A practical scheme for reformation of industry-education integration including training objectives,curriculum system construction,practical teaching design and talent quality evaluation is proposed base on electronic information specialty in our university.We hope this paper can provide a reference for the development of the integration between industry and education industry.
