摘 要:新冠病毒疫情发生以来,国内医院在筛查人员、救治病人方面暴露出了许多不足,亟需及时总结经验教训,为防治将来可能出现新的疫情,满足传染病筛查诊断需要。同时,防止筛查诊治场所人群因聚集而发生交叉感染。国内规范已对医院感染楼建设从场地规划、功能分区、治疗流程等多个方面进行了优化调整。为此,结合院感防控要求,并根据给排水专业特点,通过实际项目的设计过程,分析医院感染楼各类区域的污染程度差异,结合本专业防控污染的技术措施,探讨医院感染楼给排水专业设计中给水、排水及热水系统设计要点及需注意的关键问题,以达到提升工程项目设计质量的目的。Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic,domestic hospitals have exposed many shortcomings in screening personnel and treating patients.It is urgent to sum up experiences and lessons in time to prevent possible new outbreaks in the future and meet the needs of infectious disease screening and diagnosis.At the same time,it is necessary to prevent cross infection among populations in screening and diagnosis venues due to clustering.Domestic regulations have optimized and adjusted the construction of hospital infection buildings from multiple aspects such as site planning,functional zoning,and treatment processes.Therefore,based on the requirements for hospital infection prevention and control,and based on the characteristics of the water supply and drainage profession,through the actual project design process,the differences in pollution levels in various areas of the hospital infection building are analyzed.Combined with the technical measures for pollution prevention and control in this profession,the design points and key issues that need to be paid attention to in the water supply and drainage system design of the hospital infection building are discussed,in order to improve the quality of engineering project design.
