摘　　要：与西方研究总是力图用自由或民主等单一因素解释本为多重原因影响的国家治理现实的分析方法不同,本研究立足中国传统的整体思维,从“行动-关系”视角出发,提出一种尝试性解释中国国家现代化和新形态国家治理文明构建深层逻辑的“雪花模型”。该模型认为,在中国共产党领导下的中国国家现代化和新形态国家治理文明构建不仅包含人民、利益、民族、文明、现代化和民主等六大逻辑以及围绕六大逻辑的多重子逻辑,而且相互间形成了复杂网络结构,并在整体上表现为一种可能的雪花型结构。本研究除了阐明“雪花模型”的基本结构、特征、要素、解释性以外,还通过对新中国成立后历届政府工作报告和中国共产党全国代表大会及其历次全会公报、决议等的文本分析,检验了该模型的现实契合性。Different from western research that always try to use a single factor such as freedom or democracy to explain the reality of national governance,which is originally influenced by multiple reasons,this research is based on traditional Chinese holistic thinking,and from the perspective of “action-relationship”,it proposes a“snowflake model”that tries to explain the deeper logic of China's modernization of the state and construction of a new form of national governance civilization.The model points out that under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC),China's national modernization and the construction of a new form of state governance civilization not only include the six logics of people,interests,nation,civilization,modernization and democracy and the multiple sub logics surrounding the six logics,but also form a complex network structure with each other,which is shown as a possible snowflake structure as a whole.In addition to clarifying the basic structure,characteristics,elements,and interpretability of the“snowflake model”,the study also tests the practical fit of the new model through the text analysis of the work reports of previous governments after the founding of the People's Republic of China and the communiques and resolutions of the National Congress of the CPC and its previous plenary sessions.
