摘  要:随着新能源渗透率的增加,电网电压支撑强度逐渐变低,锁相环主导的小干扰同步稳定问题逐渐成为制约电网新能源承载能力的主要因素之一。然而,高比例新能源电力系统表现为设备类型多、动态模型维数高和新能源设备内部参数未知等特点,导致考虑小干扰同步稳定约束的电网新能源承载能力评估十分困难。为此,首先,将小干扰同步稳定约束转化为广义短路比约束,构建考虑小干扰同步稳定约束的电网新能源承载能力评估模型;其次,将所构建的优化模型等价转换为具有凸性质和网络结构保持的半定规划模型,确保能够求得最优的新能源落点和容量分配。所提新能源承载能力评估方法避免了对系统动态详细建模,大大简化了所关注优化问题的复杂度,适用于大规模新能源并网场景、新能源“黑箱”模型场景以及跟网型和构网型混联的新能源并网场景。最后,仿真算例验证了所提电网新能源承载能力评估方法的有效性。With the increasing penetration of renewable energy,the voltage-support strength of grids decreases and the phaselocked loop(PLL)-dominated small-signal synchronous stability problem tends to be one of the main factors restricting the accommodable renewable energy capacity of the grid.However,the power system with high proportion of renewable energy has the characteristics of multiple-type devices,high-dimension dynamics and“black-box”model,which results in the complexity of the assessment for the accommodable renewable energy capacity of the grid considering small-signal synchronous stability constraints(SSSSCs).To this end,firstly SSSSCs are transformed into a generalized short-circuit ratio(gSCR)constraints.On this basis,the assessment model for the accommodable renewable energy capacity of the grid considering SSSSCs is established.Besides,the established optimization model is equivalently transformed into a semi-definite programming model with the properties of convexity and network-structure preservation,which can ensure the optimal placement and capacity allocation of renewable energy.The proposed assessment method for the accommodable renewable energy capacity of the grid avoids constructing the system detailed model,and simplifies the complexity of the concerned optimization problem,which is suitable for the scenarios of large-scale integration of renewable energy,renewable energy with“black-box”models,and integration with grid-following and grid-forming renewable energy.Finally,simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed assessment method for the accommodable renewable energy capacity of the grid.
