摘　　要：本文以2010~2019年中国30个省份为对象,从优质化、普及化、公平化、终身化和创新化五个角度出发构建评价体系,运用时空极差熵权法进行评价分析,探究中国不同地区高等教育高质量发展水平,比较不同时段及地区的收敛特征。研究发现,中国高等教育高质量发展水平呈阶梯状分布,东部地区高等教育高质量发展水平高于中部、西部、东北地区;各省份高等教育高质量发展水平存在一定的差异,总体地区差距明显,且地区差距主要来源于地区间差距;从地区内差距看,东部地区内差距最大,但整体上呈现缩小趋势;从地区间差距看,东部与西部地区间差距最大;不同地区高等教育高质量发展水平在不同研究时段均处于收敛状态,但收敛速度有所变动。This paper takes 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2019 as the object,and the index evaluation system is constructed from the five perspectives of high quality,popularization,fairness,lifelong and innovation.The evaluation analysis is carried out by using the space-time range entropy weight method to explore the high-quality development level of higher education in different regions of China and compare the convergence characteristics of different periods and regions.It is found that the high-quality development level of higher education in China presents a ladder-like distribution,and the high-quality development level of higher education in the eastern region is higher than that in the central,western and northeastern regions.There are some differences in the level of high quality development of higher education in various provinces.The overall regional disparity is obvious,and the main source of regional disparity is inter-regional disparity.According to the results of intra-regional disparity,the gap in the eastern region is the largest,but the overall trend is narrowing.According to the results of regional disparity,the gap between the eastern and western regions is the largest.The highquality development of higher education in different regions is convergent in different research periods,but the convergence rate has changed.
