摘　　要：本文基于2017年中国时间利用调查(CTUS)数据,探究城镇就业人员收入贫困与时间贫困的影响因素,结果表明:(1)受教育年限越长,收入贫困、时间贫困的可能性越小;(2)在机关事业单位、国企工作的就业人员其收入贫困、时间贫困的可能性都降低;(3)流动人员收入贫困的可能性更大,雇主存在更大的时间压力;(4)收入贫困与时间贫困都存在代际传递现象;(5)男性劳动者时间贫困的原因是有酬劳动时间过长,女性劳动者时间贫困是有酬劳动与无酬劳动共同导致的。在实现全面脱贫后,解决收入贫困和时间贫困可以从受教育年限、就业身份、职业类型等方面着手,重视教育因素在反贫困中的关键作用。This paper examines the influencing factors of income poverty and time poverty of urban employees by useing the CTUS data.The results are as followings:(1)The higher education one gets,the lower the possibility of income poverty and time poverty.(2)The possibility of income poverty and time poverty of employees in government agencies,public institutions and state-owned enterprises are reduced.(3)The possibility of income poverty of migrant workers is bigger,employers have greater time pressure.(4)Both income poverty and time poverty can transmit intergenerationally.(5)The time poverty of male workers is due to the excessively long paid labor hours,and the time poverty of female workers is a combination of paid and unpaid labor.Solving income poverty and time poverty can start from education,employment status and occupation after achieving comprehensive poverty alleviation.Pay attention to the key role of education in the fight against poverty.
