我国数字经济发展综合测度及区域差异研究

摘　　要：本文紧密结合《“十四五”数字经济发展规划》和《数字经济及其核心产业统计分类(2021)》,构建了涵盖数字经济发展水平和数字经济发展潜力的测度体系,对我国各省级区域数字经济发展进行了测度,研究发现我国数字经济竞争力逐年提高,且2016~2020年增速加快。广东、江苏、北京和浙江在数字经济各个细分维度的发展比较均衡,位列全国第一梯队;东北和西部省份数字经济发展相对落后;中部主要省份位于数字经济发展第二梯队;我国数字经济发展呈现东中西依次递减态势,数字经济尚未打破和重塑我国区域经济地理格局。而数字经济发展的区域差异呈现显著下降并趋于稳定的趋势,四大经济区域内部差异对总差异的贡献率增大,东部地区内部差异最大。The paper aims to provide an analysis of regional digital economy development through a comprehensive assessment towards digital economic competitiveness and potential.The assessment index system is constructed in close conjunction with the 14th Five-Year Plan for Digital Economy Development and the Statistical Classification of Digital Economy and its Core Industries(2021).Through examining the provincial digital economy development in China,it reveals the ever-increasing trend of digital economy,the growth rate of which has been accelerated in the 2016-2020.Provincially,Guangdong,Jiangsu,Beijing and Zhejiang are with balanced development in each segment dimension of the digital economy,leading their ranks in the first echelon nationally;the northeastern and western provinces and regions are relatively lagging behind in the development of the digital economy;provinces in middle China are in the second echelon of the development of the digital economy.Geo-economically,digital economy development in China shows a descending trend from east to west,in line with traditional economic development pattern of China in geographical term.The regional differences in digital economy tend to converge with the bridging of development disparity.The inter-regional differences of the four major economic regions result in enlarging the national digital economy development disparity,especially the imbalanced digital economic development in eastern region.
