摘  要:采用色彩雾度仪、X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜等研究不同晶核剂对Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)微晶玻璃样品的晶化过程、晶相种类及物理性能的影响。结果表明:玻璃样品分相后,样品的密度增加,维氏硬度值增加,但透过率降低,且加入复合晶核剂比单一晶核剂更易使玻璃分相。同时发现,TiO_(2)会使玻璃基体变黄,热处理后颜色加深且更易浊化,生成钛酸锂。添加复合晶核剂P_(2)O_(5)+ZrO_(2),促进生成硅酸锂铝和硅酸锂。而单独的P_(2)O_(5)对玻璃结构的补网作用大于分相作用;单独的ZrO_(2)促进生成莫来石。综合各项分析结果,最适合本体系的晶核剂为P_(2)O_(5)+ZrO_(2)复合晶核剂。The effects of different nucleating agents on the crystallization process,crystal phase types and physical properties of Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)glass-ceramic samples were studied by color haze meter,X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope.The results show that after the phase separation of the glass sample,the density of the sample increases,the Vickers hardness value increases,but the transmittance decreases.And,the addition of composite nucleating agent is easier to separate the glass phase than a single nucleating agent.At the same time,it is found that TiO_(2)makes the glass matrix yellow,the color is deeper and more easily turbidited after heat treatment,produced lithium titanate.Adding the composite nucleating agent P_(2)O_(5)+ZrO_(2)promotes the formation of lithium aluminum silicate and lithium silicate.The single nucleating agent P_(2)O_(5)has a greater effect on the mesh complement of glass structure than that of phase separation.The single nucleating agent ZrO_(2)promotes the formation of mullite.Based on the analysis results,the most suitable nucleating agent for the system is composite nucleating agents P_(2)O_(5)+ZrO_(2).
