摘  要:Emisshield高发射率涂料可将其喷涂于除电熔砖以外的熔化部及澄清部的耐火材料的内面,提高窑炉发射系数。通过测算,其实际运行节能效果约2%(理论测算节能效果2.2%),对窑炉运行经济效益具有重大的助益。同时,经使用后进一步跟踪分析,其抗衰减性能也较为突出,可有效保护大碹耐材,对延长窑炉寿命具有积极的作用。The Emisshield high emissivity coating originated sprayed on the inner surface of refractory materials in the melting and clarifying parts,except for electric melting bricks,to improve the emission coefficient of the kiln.Through calculation,the actual energy-saving effect of its operation is about 2%(theoretical calculation of energy-saving effect is 2.2%),which has significant benefits for the economic benefits of kiln operation.At the same time,after further tracking and analysis after use,its anti attenuation performance is also outstanding,which can effectively protect the refractory material of the arch and has a positive effect on extending the service life of the kiln.
