摘 要:根据功能和应用领域,将锂离子电池分为消费型、动力型和储能型等3大类。阐述锂离子电池产品的标准化情况;分析GB 31241、GB 38031、GB/T 36672、电动自行车用锂离子电池强制性标准、电能存储系统锂离子电池强制性标准等标准的适用范围和内容及部分安全试验项目的目的和作用;从保障高质量锂离子电池产品供给和消费者安全角度考虑,阐述锂离子电池的监管趋势。According to the application field and function,Li-ion battery could be divided into consumption type,power type and energy storage type.The standardization of Li-ion battery product was described.The application scope and content of standards such as GB 31241,GB 38031,GB/T 36672,mandatory national standards of Li-ion battery for electric bicycle and electric energy storage system,as well as the purpose and function of some safety test items were analyzed.The future regulatory trend of Li-ion battery was described from the perspective of ensuring the supply of high-quality Li-ion battery products and consumer safety.
