摘 要:为研究不同磁性异物含量的隔膜对电池性能的影响,采用额定容量为15 Ah的磷酸铁锂圆柱形锂离子电池,测试分析5×10^(-4)%~500×10^(-4)%不同磁性异物含量的聚乙烯(PE)陶瓷隔膜电池的化成、分容、室温和高温存储、挤压和热失控等性能的差异。随着磁性异物含量的增加,电池化成dQ/dU曲线中3.30~3.50 V电压峰值有减小趋势,室温和高温存储后压降呈增大趋势。室温存储7 d前后,电池挤压安全通过率差异不大,存储前挤压测试TC-1~TC-5电池温升增加,压降时间提前。存储后磁性异物含量不小于50×10^(-4)%的电池,热失控起始温度降低超过10℃,最高温升超过20℃,热失控起始时间提前8 min以上,热失控起始到达最高温度时间提前1 min以上,电池的安全性能降低。In order to study the effect of separators with different magnetic foreign matter contents on the performance of the battery,a lithium iron phosphate cylindrical Li-ion battery with a rated capacity of 15 Ah was used to test and analyze the differences in the formation,capacity grading,room temperature and high temperature storage,extrusion and thermal out-of-control performance of polyethylene(PE)ceramic separators batteries with different magnetic foreign matter contents of 5×10^(-4)%-500×10^(-4)%.With the increase of magnetic foreign material content,the voltage peak of 3.30-3.50 V in dQ/dU curves for battery formation decreased,the voltage drop increased after storage at room temperature and high temperature.Before and after storage at room temperature for 7 d,the battery extrusion safety pass rate was not different.The temperature rise of TC-1-TC-5 battery before storage was increased,the voltage drop time was advanced.After storage,the initial thermal runaway temperature of the battery with magnetic foreign matter content of no less than 50×10^(-4)%decreased by more than 10℃,the maximum temperature rise was more than 20℃,the thermal runaway start time was advanced by more than 8 min,the thermal runaway start time reached the maximum temperature was advanced by more than 1 min.The safety performance of the battery was reduced.
