摘  要:准确评估磁元件损耗对高频功率变换器效率和热设计至关重要。交流功率法广泛用于低频领域的电气电子设备功率和元器件损耗的测量,该方法对电压和电流之间的相位差比较敏感,导致交流功率法在高频领域难以准确测量被测件的损耗。本文提出一种采用无感电阻进行相位差误差补偿的测量方法,克服了相位差的测量误差对高频磁元件损耗测量的影响。分析了测量方法的工作原理,通过求解无感电阻和磁元件损耗的测量公式以消除相位差导致的测量误差,得到新的磁元件损耗测量公式。进一步分析了新测量方法的影响因素,以降低其对测量结果的影响。最后,建立了一个测量平台,在1.2 MHz频率范围内正弦波激励工况下对两种磁元件进行损耗测量,并与阻抗测量法和量热法进行了对比。实验结果验证了提出的方法能够准确有效地测量高频磁元件的损耗。Accurate evaluation of magnetic component losses is critical for efficiency improvement and thermal design of high-frequency power converter.The AC power method is widely used for measuring the power and component losses of electrical and electronic equipment in the low-frequency regime.However,this method is sensitive to the phase difference between voltage and current,which makes it difficult to accurately estimate the loss in the high-frequency.A measurement method was proposed by compensating the phase difference error using non-inductive resistor,which can overcome the inaccurate measurement of phase difference at high-frequency.The working principle of the proposed method was discussed,and a new formula of the magnetic component loss was obtained by solving the measurement formulas of non-inductive resistor and magnetic component loss to eliminate the error of phase difference.The influential factors of the proposed method were deeply analyzed to reduce their influence on the measurement results.Finally,a measurement platform was established to measure the losses of two types of magnetic components under sinusoidal excitation conditions at~1.2 MHz,which was compared with the impedance measurement method and the calorimetry method.The experimental results verify that the proposed method can accurately and effectively measure the loss of high-frequency magnetic components.
