摘 要:为了解2021年新疆不同地区规模化猪场O型口蹄疫的免疫水平,本试验采用液相阻断酶联免疫吸附试验(LPBELISA)方法对采自3个地区的7家规模化猪场的353份血清样品进行抗体检测与分析。结果显示,O型口蹄疫病毒抗体平均阳性率为76.77%(271/353),达到国家规定标准(70.00%);3个地区的O型口蹄疫病毒抗体阳性率均高于70.00%;7个猪场中,仅有B场的抗体阳性率为62.96%,低于国家规定标准,该场需要及时加强免疫,并科学合理地调整其免疫程序。本结果可为新疆地区猪场O型口蹄疫的防控提供依据。In order to understand the immune level of serotype O foot-and-mouth disease virus in different large-scale pig farms in Xinjiang in 2021,353 pig serum samples were collected from seven large-scale pig farms in three regions,tested and analyzed by liquid phase blocking enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(LPB-ELISA)method in this experiment.The results showed that the average antibody positive rate of serotype O FMDV was 76.77%(271/353),which reached the national requirement standard(70.00%).The antibody positive rate of FMDV O virus in pigs in different areas was higher than 70.00%.The antibody positive rate of serotype O FMDV in three regions were all higher than 70.00%.Among seven tested farms,the antibody positive rate of farm B was 62.96%,which was lower than the national standard.It was needed to strengthen immunization in time and adjust its immunization program scientifically and rationally in the farm.The results can provide a basis for the prevention and control of serotype O FMDV disease in pig farms in Xinjiang.
