摘  要:刀盘刀具布置对盾构长距离穿越上软下硬地层效率具有重要影响。本文依托广州18号线盾构隧道工程,通过多个指标均值对比评价盾构刀盘刀具设计参数合理性。分析刀盘刀具磨损主要影响因素,根据工程地质特点对需要长距离穿越上软下硬地层的盾构机进行选型和刀盘刀具设计,通过对比常规地层和上软下硬地层的盾构掘进速度、掘进时间、掘进总推力和掘进扭矩等施工参数评价刀盘刀具布置合理性。研究表明:上软下硬地层左、右线盾构平均掘进速度达到常规地层的70%以上,说明刀盘刀具设计参数基本合理;左、右线盾构平均掘进时间大于常规地层,但基本处于1.40~2.00倍范围,可以满足盾构施工要求;左、右线盾构平均掘进总推力、刀盘扭矩与常规地层相近,刀盘刀具磨损基本一致。The arrangement of cutterhead and cutter has a significant impact on the efficiency of shield tunneling in long-distance crossing of upper soft and lower hard layer.This article relies on the Guangzhou Metro Line 18 shield tunnel project to compare and evaluate the rationality of the design parameters of the shield cutterhead and cutter through the average values of multiple indicators.Firstly,the factors affecting the wear of cutterhead tools were analyzed.Then,according to the engineering and geological characteristics,the shield boring machine that needs to cross upper soft and lower hard layer for a long distance is selected and the cutterhead and cutter design is carried out.Finally,the rationality of the cutterhead and cutter arrangement is evaluated by comparing the construction parameters such as shield boring speed,excavation time,total boring thrust and boring torque of upper soft and lower hard layer and conventional layer.The results show that:the average excavation speed of the shield on the left and right lines of the upper soft and lower hard layer is reaches more than 70%of the conventional layer,indicating that the design parameters of the cutterhead and cutter are basically reasonableꎻthe average boring time of the shield on the left and right lines of the upper soft and lower hard layer is greater than that of the conventional layer,but it is basically within the range of 1.40~2.00 times,which can meet the shield construction requirementsꎻthe average total boring thrust and cutterhead torque of the shield on the left and right lines of the upper soft and lower hard layer are basically similar to those of the conventional layer,ensuring that the cutterhead tool wear is basically the same.
