摘  要:受施工质量和轨道运营扰动影响,某换乘车站在预留接口连接部位出现接口底板结构渗漏、梁钢筋外露锈蚀、涌水涌砂等严重病害。本文基于结构病害现场实际评估和数值模拟,研究地铁车站局部结构受力,分析病害产生机理,为病害治理提供依据。研究结果:(1)换乘车站分期施工接缝结构连接由于受施工条件、施工时序影响,运营后易成为渗漏点,应加强施工过程质量管理,减少结构病害,避免后期出现大的渗漏。(2)运营结构病害治理,不能简单进行局部修补,应结合结构病害检测报告和地质情况分析病害产生机理,有针对性地采取治理措施。(3)接口处轨行区底板及梁钢筋未连接形成断缝后,底板在断缝处易产生较大向上位移,导致底纵梁邻近第一跨支座弯矩大幅增加;通过增设框架柱结构加固后,位移及弯矩变化均可满足正常使用要求。Influenced by construction quality and track operation disturbance,some serious diseases such as leakage of interface floor structure,exposed corrosion of beam reinforcement,water and sand gushing occurred at the reserved interface connection of a transfer station.In this paper,the local structural stress of the subway station is studied based on the field assessment and numerical simulation of structural disease,and the causes of the disease are analyzed to provide a basis for the disease treatment.The research results are as follows:(1)Due to the influence of construction conditions and construction time sequence,the joint structure connection during the phased construction of transfer station is easy to become a leakage point after operation.Quality management of construction process should be strengthened to reduce structural diseases and avoid large leakage in the later stage.(2)For the treatment of operational structural diseases,local repair cannot be simply carried out.The causes of the diseases should be analyzed in combination with the detection report of structural diseases and geological conditions,and targeted treatment measures should be taken.(3)After the bottom plate and beam reinforcement in the rail transit area at the interface are not connected to form a fracture joint,the bottom plate has a large upward displacement at the fracture joint,and the bending moment of the bearing near the first span of the bottom longitudinal beam has a large increase.After adding the structural reinforcement measures of the frame column,the displacement and bending moment changes can meet the requirements of normal use.
