大兴调查研究之风聚焦物流“急难愁盼”营造一流营商环境

摘　　要：通过综合运用问卷调查、企业座谈、实地调研、专家访谈等多种方法,从财税环境、政务环境、通行环境、金融环境等十个方面,全面评价物流企业营商环境满意度,得出物流企业营商环境仍有较大改善空间。然后从降低企业税费负担、维护公平统一竞争秩序、合理放宽物流市场准入等十个方面提出营造一流营商环境的政策建议。This paper comprehensively evaluates the satisfaction of the business environment of logistics enterprises from ten aspects,including financial and tax environment,government environment,transportation environment,and financial environment,using various methods such as questionnaire survey,enterprise symposium,on-site research,and expert interviews,concludes that there is still significant room for improvement in the business environment of logistics enterprises.Then,proposes policy recommendations to create a first-class business environment from ten aspects:reducing the burden of enterprise taxes and fees,maintaining a fair and unified competitive order,and reasonably relaxing logistics market access,and so on.
