摘　　要：供应链金融的发展为企业提供了一个更为高效的盘活物流、信息流和资金流的路径,其中存货质押业务是主要的融资模式之一。关于存货质押融资的学术研究还存在着一定的滞后且缺乏系统性的梳理,本文从融资模式概述、决策优化、风险管理三个方面梳理国内外相关研究文献,并在此基础上提出了研究展望,以期为相关研究提供参考。The development of supply chain finance provides enterprises with a more efficient way to revitalize logistics,information flow and capital flow,among which inventory pledge business is one of the main financing modes.There is still a certain lag and lack of systematic sorting in academic research on inventory pledge.This paper reviews relevant domestic and foreign research literature from three aspects:mode,decision optimization and risk management,and proposes research prospects on this basis,in order to provide reference for academic research.
