摘　　要：腹主动脉瘤(AAA)是以腹主动脉的渐进性扩张为主要表现的一类疾病,患者常无临床症状,若诊断不及时,一旦破裂可产生严重后果。近年来,血管周围脂肪(PVAT)对AAA的发生发展起到了重要的作用,正日益受到人们的关注。目前,超声、计算机断层扫描(CT)及磁共振成像(MRI)是评估AAA进展的主要影像学手段,通过测量瘤体最大直径,对动脉瘤破裂的潜在风险进行预测,但仍存在其他特殊情况。采用影像学方法对PVAT进行可视化评估,有助于早期识别AAA的进展情况,并及时采取相应措施,从而改善患者预后,可作为AAA进展的预测手段。Abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)is defined as the progressive dilation of the abdominal aorta.These aneurysms are often asymptomatic until the catastrophic event of rupture.Recently,perivascular adipose tissue(PVAT),which plays an important role in the occurrence and development of AAA,has received increasing attention.Ultrasonography,computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)have been regarded as the major imaging methods to monitor the development of AAA.The potential risk of aneurysm rupture can be predicted by measuring the maximum tumor diameter,but there are other special conditions.Visual evaluation of PVAT by imaging method is helpful to identify the progress of AAA early and take corresponding measures in time,thus improving the prognosis of patients,and can be used as a prediction method for the progress of AAA.
