摘  要:以林芝市河谷地带不同人工草地为研究对象,采用常规分析方法测定土壤养分含量,通过主成分分析进行土壤养分综合评价。结果表明:与对照(CK)相比,人工草地建设明显提高了土壤中有机质、全氮、铵态氮和速效磷含量,降低了土壤pH值。其中,高羊茅与紫花苜蓿混播模式(B+C)下土壤有机质、全氮和硝态氮含量分别达19.70 g/kg、1.24 g/kg和41.41 mg/kg,显著高于同一土层的人工草地撂荒地(H)、绿洲1号芦竹单播样地(A)、高羊茅单播样地(B)、紫花苜蓿单播样地(C)和对照。人工草地撂荒(H)后土壤有机质、全氮、铵态氮、硝态氮、速效磷和速效钾含量亦显著高于对照,土壤pH值下降。土壤综合评价结果排序为B+C>A>C>B>H>CK。In this experiment,different artificial grasslands in the river valley of Nyingchi City were taken as the research object,the soil nutrient content was determined by conventional analysis method,and the comprehensive evaluation of soil nutrient was carried out by principal component analysis.The results showed that compared with the control,the construction of artificial grassland significantly increased the contents of organic matter,total nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen and available phosphorus in soil nutrients,and reduced the soil pH value.Among them,the contents of organic matter,total nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in 0~10 cm soil layer under the mixed planting mode of Festuca elata and Medicago sativa were 19.70 g/kg,1.24 g/kg and 41.41 mg/kg,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the wasteland(H),Arundo donax cv.Lvzhou No.1 single sowing plot(A),Festuca elata single sowing plot(B),Medicago sativa single sowing plot(C)and control plot(CK)in the same soil layer.The contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in the wasteland(H)were also significantly higher than those of the control,and the soil pH value decreased.The ranking of soil comprehensive evaluation results is B+C>A>C>B>H>CK.
