摘 要:当前对空调器的噪声评价大多局限于正弦稳压电源,而用户实际使用的电源质量复杂,输电线路中存在成分复杂的谐波电压,若空调的抗谐波能力不足,极易产生谐波噪声。本文以某单元式空气调节机的室外机为研究对象,开展谐波噪声特性分析及机制研究,探究谐波电压与噪声的关系,并通过改变电机转子绕线方式解决谐波噪声问题,为后续类似谐波噪声问题的解决提供依据和参考。At present,the sine regulated power supply is mostly used for the evaluation of the noise of the air conditioner,but the actual power quality used by customers is complex.There are many harmonic voltages with complex components in transmission lines.If the resistance of air conditioner to harmonic is insufficient,the air conditioner may generate harmanic noises.A certain outdoor unit of the unitary air conditioner is taken as the research object for the harmonic noise characteristics analysis and mechanism study.The relationship of harmonic voltage and noise is explored and harmonic noise is solved by changing the winding way of motor rotor.This study provides basis and reference for the solution of similar harmonic noise problem in the future.
