摘  要:转轮式全热交换空调通风系统具有节能和改善室内空气品质的优点,但是具有空气交错污染风险,文章对热转轮的结构进行分析,对其附近的通风压力进行计算,发现通风压力控制是降低此风险的关键。对某客船空调通风系统出现的空气交错污染问题进行实船问题分析和设计优化。减少热转轮迎面风速,不仅能增加回风侧和逆风侧的通风压力差,还能够避免新风侧和排风侧的通风压力差过大;要保证回风侧和逆风侧的通风压力差大于零且有一定余量,用于补偿热转轮和新风滤器变脏后所产生的通风压力损失;考虑到扇面清洁和间隙泄露的额外风量所产生的压力损失,除雾器、新风管和新风滤器在设计时要增大尺寸。The enthalpy recovery wheel in heating ventilation and air conditioning(HVAC)system has the advantages of energy saving and indoor air quality(IAQ)improving,but has the risk of air cross contamination,the paper analyzes the structure of the enthalpy recovery wheel and calculates the ventilation pressure near it,finds that the ventilation pressure control is the key to reduce the risk.The problem of air cross contamination in one passenger ship HVAC system is analyzed and optimized.Reducing the air speed through revovery wheel can not only increaseΔP a,also reduceΔP b;To ensureΔP a is more than zero with a certain margin,which is used to compensate the pressure loss caused by the dirty recovery wheel and fresh air filter;Considering the pressure loss caused by the additional air flow due to fan cleaning and gap leakage,the size of demister,fresh air duct and fresh air filter shall be increased in the design.
