摘 要:为实现不规则孤岛工作面安全高效回采,以龟兹煤矿A503不规则孤岛综放工作面为背景,对应用扩、缩面工艺实现孤岛工作面开采过程中覆岩应力场演变及其破坏规律进行了模拟分析,并采用理论计算与数值模拟对煤柱进行了稳定性校核。研究结果表明:随着工作面面长和推进距离的增加,工作面覆岩应力和位移都相应增加,工作面应力峰值位于工作面前方5 m处;随着推进距离的增加,煤柱的峰值应力与煤柱顶板位移均不断增大,随着工作面面长的增加,煤柱的峰值应力呈现先增后减的趋势,而煤柱顶板位移呈现先减后增的趋势;通过三面邻空环境下进行煤柱极限弹性核区宽度校核,得出所留设煤柱宽度条件下煤柱不会发生失稳的结论。In order to realize the safe and efficient mining of irregular island working face,based on the background of A503 irregular island fully mechanized caving face in Guizi Coal Mine,the stress field evolution and failure law of overlying rock in the mining process of island working face with expansion and shrinkage technology were simulated and analyzed,and the stability of coal pillar was checked by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.The research results show that with the increase of face length and advance distance,the stress and displacement of overlying rock increase correspondingly,and the peak stress position of the working face is 5 m in front of the working face;with the increase of the advance distance,the peak stress of the coal pillar and the displacement of the coal pillar roof increase continuously;with the increase of the face length,the peak stress of the coal pillar increases first and then decreases,while the displacement of the coal pillar roof decreases first and then increases.By checking the width of the ultimate elastic core area of the coal pillar in the environment adjacent to the goafs on three sides,it is concluded that the instability of the coal pillar will not occur under the condition of the remaining width of the coal pillar.
