可吸收止血膜致剖宫产术后结膜充血四例的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查剖宫产术后并发结膜充血发生的原因,分析不良事件的发生与可吸收止血膜的关联性。方法对2021年8月1日~8月21日期间我院4例剖宫产术后并发结膜充血患者和同时间段另外13例剖宫产患者的临床信息进行调查分析,文献检索相关病例报告进行对比。结果院内感染、手术体位和手术时间、药品使用导致术后患者出现结膜充血的可能性被排除,根据关联性评价标准,考虑可能是医疗耗材可吸收止血膜引起的不良反应。结论4例剖宫产患者术后并发结膜充血的不良反应事件为可吸收止血膜所致。Objective To investigate the causes of conjunctival congestion after cesarean section,and to analyze the correlation between adverse events and absorbable hemostatic membrane.Methods The clinical information of 4 patients with conjunctival congestion after cesarean section and 13 other cesarean section patients in our hospital from August 12021 to August 212021 were investigated and analyzed,and the relevant case reports were retrieved and compared.Results Nosocomial infection,surgical position and operation time,and drug use were excluded from the possibility of conjunctival congestion in patients after surgery.According to the correlation evaluation criteria,it was considered that it may be an adverse reaction caused by the absorbable hemostatic membrane of medical consumables.Conclusion The adverse event of conjunctival congestion in 4 patients after cesarean section was caused by absorbable hemostatic membrane.
