摘　　要：为推进安全技术创新,提升大型复杂装备表面喷涂质量及喷涂效率,通过对大型复杂装备产品及喷涂工艺特点的分析,综合考虑实用性、先进性,选用合适的生产设备和工艺布局方案,设计了集绿色化和智能化的柔性喷涂生产线。经实际验证,该生产线应用先进喷涂技术,能够适应多品种、多规格产品的生产,实现了绿色、安全、环保、柔性生产,较好地满足了大型复杂装备的高质量喷涂要求。In order to promote safety technology innovation and improve the surface spraying quality and efficiency of large complex equipment,a green and intelligent flexible spraying production line was designed by analyzing the characteristics of large complex equipment products and spraying process,comprehensively considering practicality and progressiveness,and selecting appropriate production equipment and process layout scheme.After practical verification,this production line applied advanced spraying technology and could adapt to the production of multiple varieties and specifications of products,which achieved green,safe,environmentally friendly,and flexible production.It better met the high-quality spraying requirements of large complex equipment.
