超声辅助焊接多振源耦合振动场COMSOL仿真模拟研究

摘  要:为深入研究高频超声振动(high-frequency ultrasound vibration,HFUV)辅助随焊去应力影响机理,借助COMSOL软件,开展了旁触式单振源模式下固体母材中振动场、超声加载位置等参数对振动分布影响规律及双振源耦合的仿真计算。结果表明:高频超声振动在固体母材中以横波、纵波共存的球面、非对称兰姆波传播;超声振幅阀值与母材尺寸成正比;超声振幅与母材振动位移幅值成正比;超声加载位置对母材振动分布影响显著,振动位移幅值随加载位置距离的增大呈先上升后下降趋势;每一加载位置的左右20 mm范围内,振动位移幅值一般最大,高频超声作用最明显,是理想振源位置。双振源对称布置时,母材中振动位移曲线对称分布且良性耦合,但振动幅值基本不变。In order to investigate the influence mechanism of high-frequency ultrasound vibration of the assisted on-weld stress removal,by using the COMSOL software,the influence rule of vibration distribution and simulation of the dual vibration coupling were finished with the impaction of vibration field,loading position and so on of base materials under the model of side contact and single vibration source.The results showed that the HFUV propagated in the base metals as spherical and asymmetric lamb waves coexisting with shear waves and longitudinal waves,and the ultrasonic amplitude threshold was proportional to the size of the base material,the ultrasonic amplitude was proportional to the vibration displacement amplitude of the base metal.The ultrasonic loading position had a significant effect on the vibration distribution of the base metal,and the amplitude of the vibration displacement was inversely proportional to the loading position.Within the range of about 20 mm of each loading position,the amplitude of vibration displacement was generally the largest.The effect of high-frequency ultrasonic was the most obvious,which was the ideal vibration source position.When the two vibration sources were arranged symmetrically,the vibration displacement curve in the base metal was symmetrically distributed and benign coupled,but the vibration amplitude was basically unchanged.
