摘  要:飞机地面检查时发现,固定液压电磁阀2B06铝合金支架发生断裂故障。针对该失效故障,对支架进行宏观检查、微观检查、金相组织检查、化学成分分析等理化分析,对支架实际安装状态进行检查,并进行有限元分析,对支架断裂裂纹性质和产生原因进行分析讨论。结果表明,支架断裂裂纹性质为疲劳裂纹,是支架装配异常翘起导致装配应力和正常工作载荷综合作用导致;为预防此类故障,修理时应保证支架固定液压电磁阀时贴合安装框梁,必要时可更换新支架,从而降低装配应力。During the ground inspection of the aircraft,it was found that the fixed hydraulic solenoid valve 2B06 aluminum alloy bracket had broken.In response to this failure fault,it was conducted that physical and chemical analysis such as macroscopic inspection,microscopic inspection,metallographic structure inspection,and chemical composition analysis on the bracket.The actual installation status of the bracket was checked,and the finite element analysis was conducted to analyze and discuss the nature and causes of the bracket fracture cracks.The results indicated that the nature of the bracket fracture crack was fatigue crack,which was caused by the combination of assembly stress and normal working load caused by abnormal lifting of the bracket assembly.To prevent such malfunctions,during repairs,it was necessary to ensure that the bracket was attached to the installation frame beam when fixing the hydraulic solenoid valve.If it was necessary,the old bracket was replaced with new bracket to reduce assembly stress.
