摘 要:某10000 t/d新型干法熟料水泥生产线项目使用的石灰石原料中结晶硅(燧石)含量较多,SiO_(2)含量高时可达10%以上。超高含量的SiO_(2)对石灰石破碎机的寿命及破碎系统能力、各储库及相关设备的防磨措施选择、原料粉磨系统能力及产品细度、烧成系统产量及熟料质量都是十分严峻的考验。本文从设计角度出发,结合某万吨线项目分析介绍高硅石灰石原料在水泥生产过程中破碎、输送、储存、粉磨及烧成等环节可能产生的影响并推荐相关解决方案。The limestone raw material used in a 10000 t/d new dry process clinker cement production line project has a high content of crystalline silicon(flint),with max SiO_(2)content reaching over 10%.The ultra-high content of SiO_(2)poses a very severe test on the lifespan and crushing system capacity of limestone crushers,the selection of anti wear measures for various storage silos and related equipment,the ability and product fineness of raw material grinding systems,the output of firing systems,and the quality of clinker.From a design perspective,this article analyzes and introduces the potential impact of high silicon limestone raw materials on the crushing,transportation,storage,grinding,and firing processes in cement production,and recommends relevant solutions based on a 10000 t production line project.
