摘　　要：智能优化控制系统是一种智能计算机软件系统,运用人类专家的经验和知识,将先进的控制理论与人工智能技术深度融合,实现水泥生产核心工艺环节的自动控制和操作,提高水泥生产自动化水平,降低操作人员劳动强度,智能优化控制系统是实现智能水泥工厂“自控制,自执行”的重要产品之一。本文主要内容包括系统简介、系统架构和系统功能,同时结合具体的应用案例重点介绍主要控制模块以及使用效果。Intelligent optimization control system is a kind of intelligent computer software system.By using the experience and knowledge of human experts,we integrate the advanced control theory and artificial intelligence technology to realize the automatic control and operation of the core process link in cement production,increase the automation level of cement production,and reduce the labor strength of operators.Intelligent optimization control system is one of important product that is used to realize“the automatic control,the automatic execute”of intelligent cement company.The main content of this paper includes the system introduction,system framework and system function,in the meanwhile this paper emphatically introduces the main control modules and the using effects by combining with specific application cases.
