槽型输送带式排肥器锥齿轮副设计与仿真试验

摘  要:为实现排肥器的稳定排肥和排肥流量可调控,以及排肥器的创新设计与理论研究提供参考,设计一种改善排肥流量均匀性的槽型输送带式排肥器。对槽型输送带式排肥器的关键部件进行了优化设计,确定了排肥器小锥齿轮模数为3,齿数14、齿宽11 mm,并利用EDEM离散元软件对排肥过程进行仿真分析,以槽型同步带开度、锥齿同步带轮转速为试验影响因素,以排肥量为评价指标,分析排肥器关键结构因素对排肥量的影响,并对仿真结果进行台架试验验证。结果表明:选取排肥量变化曲线拟合斜率表征排肥流量,发现排肥流量可调控且与槽型同步带开度、锥齿同步带轮转速存在线性关系,线性拟合结果显示校正决定系数分别为0.998、0.999;试验值与仿真值相对误差值较小,仿真试验结果可靠。In order to realize the stability of fertilizer discharge and the adjustable flow rate of fertilizer discharge,as well as the innovative design and theoretical research of fertilizer discharge device,a trough conveyor belt fertilizer discharge device was designed to improve the uniformity of fertilizer discharge flow.The key components of the trough conveyor belt fertilizer dispenser are optimized,and the module of the small bevel gear of the fertilizer dispenser was determined to be 3,the number of teeth is 14,and the width of the teeth was 11 mm.The simulation analysis of the fertilizer dispenser process was carried out by using EDEM discrete element software.The opening of the trough synchronous belt and the rotation speed of the taper synchronous belt wheel were taken as the test influencing factors,and the fertilizer discharge quantity was taken as the evaluation index.The influence of key structural factors on fertilizer discharge was analyzed,and the simulation results were verified by bench test.The results show that the fertilizer discharge rate can be regulated and had a linear relationship with the opening of the groove synchronization belt and the speed of the taper gear synchronization belt wheel.The linear fitting results show that the correction determination coefficients are 0.998 and 0.999,respectively.The relative error between the test value and the simulation value is small,and the simulation results are reliable.
