数字普惠金融与县域经济高质量发展的时空耦合研究——以陕西省为例

摘　　要：数字普惠金融可以弥补传统金融的排斥效应,提高县域金融水平,缓解县域中小微企业信贷约束,促进居民创业,缩小城乡收入差距推动县域经济高质量发展。县域经济高质量发展能够创造更多的金融供给与需求,激发金融产品的创新。本文首先以陕西省各县为研究对象,采用县级数据从5个方面构建县域经济高质量发展水平评价指标体系,度量各县经济高质量发展水平。然后,利用耦合协调度模型来研究数字普惠金融和县域经济高质量发展的互动及协调发展关系,并从时间和空间两个角度剖析耦合协调发展中存在的问题。最后,为促进陕西省各县以数字普惠金融推动经济高质量发展建言献策。Digital financial inclusion can compensate for the exclusionary effect of traditional finance and improve the financial level of counties.It alleviates the credit constraints of small and medium-sized enterprises in the county,promotes residents entrepreneurship,narrows the income gap between urban and rural areas,and promotes the high-quality development of the county's economy.The high-quality development of the county economy can create more financial supply and demand,and stimulate the innovation of financial products.Firstly,this paper takes each county in Shaanxi Province as the research object,and uses county-level data to construct an evaluation index system for the high-quality development level of county economy from five aspects.This system can measure the level of high-quality economic development of each county.Secondly,uses the coupling coordination model to study the interaction and coordinated development relationship between digital financial inclusion and high-quality development of county economy.It analyzes the problems in the development of coupling coordination from the perspectives of time and space.Lastly,this paper provides suggestions for promoting high-quality economic development with digital financial inclusion in various counties.
