河北省数字经济发展测度与驱动因素研究

摘　　要：数字经济可以促进经济的高质量发展,其作为继农业、工业后的新经济形态,通过引导、实现资源的快速优化配置发挥促进经济发展的作用。文章选取2011一2020年的河北省11个城市的平衡面板数据,测度出河北省各地级市数字经济发展水平,并且通过实证检验驱动河北省数字经济发展的主要因素。结果表明:河北省数字经济发展水平整体较低,在全国位于末位;河北省各地级市的数字经济发展水平唐山和石家庄位于前列,而增长速度上承德和衡水位于前列,各地的发展趋于平衡,没有出现差距拉大的形态;教育水平、消费水平与产业结构水平是驱动数字经济发展的重要因素。最后给出总结并提出相关的建议。Digital economy can promote the high-quality development of economy.As a new economic form after agriculture and industry,It plays a role in promoting economic development by guiding and realizing the rapid and optimal allocation of resources.This paper selects the balanced panel data of 11 cities in Hebei Province from 2011 to 2020 to measure the development level of digital economy of prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province,and empirically tests the main factors driving the development of digital economy in Hebei Province.The results show that the development level of digital economy in Hebei Province is relatively low,which is the last place in China.In Hebei Province,Tangshan and Shijiazhuang are in the forefront in terms of digital economy development level,while Chengde and Hengshui are in the forefront in terms of growth rate.The development of different cities tends to be balanced without widening the gap.Education level,consumption level and industrial structure are important factors driving the development of digital economy.Finally,it gives a summary and puts forward relevant suggestions.
