摘 要:为筛选白鹤芋瓶外生根的适宜营养液浓度,该研究将组培白鹤芋增殖苗栽植于含不同强度的MS液体培养基(1/4 MS、1/2 MS、3/4 MS和MS)的水培系统中进行瓶外生根,通过调查生根苗的地上部和地下部形态和生理指标,并结合雷达图分析法确定最佳营养液浓度。结果表明:白鹤芋根长及叶长在1/4 MS处理中明显增加,苗总鲜重和总干重、叶绿素含量(SPAD)在1/2 MS处理中达到最大,而生根数最多的处理组为3/4 MS。雷达图分析结果显示综合得分排序为1/2 MS>1/4 MS>3/4 MS>MS,因此,确定1/2MS营养液最适于与白鹤芋水培瓶外生根。To select a suitable nutrient solution concentration for the ex vitro rooting of Spathiphyllum kochii,in this study,the in vitro cultured shoots of S.kochii were planted in a hydroponic culture system with different strengths of MS liquid medium(1/4 MS,1/2 MS,3/4 MS,and MS)and the plantlet morphological and physiological indexes in each treatment were determined.The radar chart analysis method was then used to select an optimal nutrient solution concentration by comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that the root or shoot length increased in the 1/4 MS group,the fresh or dry weight of the plantlets as well as the chlorophyll content(SPAD)of the leaves reached the highest in the 1/2 MS group,and the root number reached the maximum in the 3/4 MS group.Radar plot analysis showed the ranking of comprehensive scores as 1/2 MS>1/4 MS>3/4 MS>MS,confirming that 1/2 MS was the optimal concentration of nutrient solution for ex vitro rooting of S.kochii in the hydroponic culture system.
