摘  要:齿啮式快开门压力容器容易在齿法兰根部产生损伤裂纹。本文为找出齿根开裂的原因,基于某大型热压罐开展磁粉检测和硬度检测,并对结果进行分析。研究发现长期循环载荷的存在是齿根产生裂纹的主要原因,对裂纹进行打磨会导致表面淬硬,更易引发裂纹产生。需从原材料、锻造工艺、表面处理以及定期检测方面采取合适措施预防减少裂纹产生。Tooth-locked quick actuating pressure vessels are prone to damage cracks at the root of the tooth flange.In this paper,in order to find out the cause of tooth root cracking,magnetic particle testing and hardness testing were carried out based on a large autoclave,and the results were analyzed.It is found that the presence of long-term cyclic load is the main reason for cracking in the tooth root,and polishing the crack will lead to surface hardening,which is more likely to trigger crack generation.It is necessary to take appropriate measures to prevent and reduce cracks in terms of raw materials,forging process,surface treatment and regular inspection.
