摘 要:为浙江某皮革厂的制革工业废水中乙酸甲酯和乙酸乙酯的污染控制提供数据支撑,建立了固相萃取-气相色谱法测定皮革工业废水中乙酸甲酯和乙酸乙酯含量。在使用C18固相萃取柱预处理样品和2mL/min的萃取流速的方法优化条件下,该方法在0.1~3mg/L线性范围内分离度和线性均良好,乙酸甲酯和乙酸乙酯的线性系数r分别为0.99989和0.99918,方法检出限(MDL)均为0.02mg/L,相对标准偏差RSD值均<3.5%,加标回收率分别为100.51~105.02%和99.48~101.33%。测定实际皮革工业废水水样,生产车间排放口和总排口水样中,乙酸甲酯和乙酸乙酯均有检出。该方法简便、高效,可为制革废水中相关污染物检测提供借鉴。To provide data support for the pollution control of methyl acetate and ethyl acetate in the tannery wastewater of a leather factory in Zhejiang Province,a solid phase extraction-gas chromatography method was established to determine the contents of methyl acetate and ethyl acetate in the tannery wastewater.Under the optimized conditions of using C18 solid phase extraction column to pretreat the sample and the extraction flow rate of 2 mL/min,the method has good resolution and linearity in the linear range of 0.1~3 mg/L,the linear coefficients r of methyl acetate and ethyl acetate are 0.99989 and 0.99918,respectively,the detection limit(MDL)of the method is 0.02 mg/L,the RSD value is less than 3.5%,and the recovery rate of standard addition is 100.51~105.02%and 99.48~101.33%.Methyl acetate and ethyl acetate were detected in the water samples of the actual leather industry wastewater,and in the water samples of the discharge outlet and the total discharge outlet of the production workshop.This method is simple and efficient,and can provide reference for the monitoring of relevant pollutants in tannery wastewater.
