摘　　要：本文基于国家标准GB/T19624-2019《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》中附录G和附录H中的安全评定方法,采用VisualBasic6.0编程软件开发了一款针对含缺陷压力管道安全评定系统,并在某常减压装置含缺陷压力管道中加以应用。经过与经验公式计算结果对比与验证,结果表明:该系统计算过程便捷、评定结果可靠,具有良好的实际工程应用价值。Based on the safety assessment methods in Appendix G and Appendix H of GB/T 19624-2019"Safety Assessment of Pressure Vessel with Defects in Service",this paper developed a safety assessment system for straight pipe with defects by using VisualBasic6.0 programming software,and applied it in a pressure pipe of a vacuum and pressure unit.By comparing and verifying the calculation results with the empirical formulas,the results show that the calculation process of this system is convenient,the evaluation results are reliable,and it has good practical engineering application value.
