摘  要:三浮陀螺仪浮子组件利用高密度浮油实现全液浮,用于卸载重力和消除机械支撑带来的摩擦力矩。但陀螺仪在某一位置长时间放置后,浮油组分分离形成的干扰力矩会造成一次项误差系数的变化。通过仿真计算、数学模型、试验测试证实了这种干扰力矩的存在,解释了浮油对三浮陀螺仪姿态变化精度的影响机理。The floater assembly of three-floated gyroscope uses high-density oil to realize full liquid floating,which is used to unload gravity and eliminate friction torque brought by mechanical support.But after the gyroscope is placed in a certain position for a long time,the disturbance torque formed by oil components separation will cause a change in the primary error coefficient.In this paper,the disturbance torque has been proven through simulation calculation,mathematical model and experimental test,explaining the influence mechanism of three-floated gyroscope attitude change accuracy caused by oil.
