摘  要:在航空航天领域,栓接作为最可靠的机械连接方式之一,广泛应用于箭上各类仪器设备的安装、航空发动机的连接法兰以及机翼与机身主结构的固定等场景,栓接结合部的动态特性对航天器结构可靠性以及箭载仪器仪表的输出精度都有重要的影响。基于分形理论,提出了一种基于非线性虚拟材料法的栓接结合部模型,将结合部看作由结合部上部分、结合部下部分及中间非线性虚拟材料层三部分组成。采用区域逼近法对栓接结合部进行区域划分,计算出各区域非线性虚拟材料的等效弹性模量、剪切模量、泊松比和密度特征参数,并推导出接触表面压强与虚拟材料特征参数的函数关系。设计L形组合件的模态试验验证所提出模型的有效性,通过与传统虚拟材料法理论结果的对比,非线性虚拟材料模型最大误差为8.80%,结果远远优于传统虚拟材料法,验证了所提出模型的准确性。In the field of aerospace,as one of the most reliable mechanical connection methods,bolted connection is widely used in various scenarios such as installation of instruments and equipments on arrows,connection flanges of aviation engines and fixation of wings and fuselage main structures.The dynamic characteristics of bolted joints have a significant influence on the reliability of spacecraft structures and the output accuracy of onboard instrumentation.In this paper,a nonlinear virtual material model is proposed to study the dynamic analysis of bolted joint based on fractal theory,which is composed of three parts,the upper part of bolted joint,the lower part of bolted joint and the middle nonlinear virtual material layer.The contact surface can be divided into several sections by using region approximation method,and the equivalent elastic modulus,shear modulus,Poisson ratio and density of nonlinear virtual materials can be determined based on the contact stress,then the relationship between the contact stress and the parameters of virtual material is derived.An L-shaped specimen assembly is designed to validate the effectiveness of the proposed model,the maximum error is 8.80%,which is much better than the traditional virtual material method,suggesting the proposed model can be effectively used in predicting the dynamic characteristics of the spacecraft.
