摘　　要：叙事医学是医学与人文的融合学科,是获取、理解和整合在疾病经历中发挥作用的所有参与者不同观点的基本工具。在儿童安宁疗护中,叙事医学通过叙事的方法促进医患沟通,改善医患关系,对患儿及其家属和医务人员都有重要意义。文章概述叙事医学在儿童安宁疗护中的意义及应用,并总结叙事医学在儿童安宁疗护中开展所面临的难题,期待开展更广泛及深入的相关研究,为临床干预及决策提供循证学依据。Narrative medicine,an interdisciplinary subject merging medicine and the humanities,serves as a vital instrument in capturing,comprehending,and integrating the diverse perspectives of all stakeholders involved in the realm of illness.In the context of pediatric palliative care,the implementation of narrative medicine fosters effective doctor-patient communication and enhances the doctor-patient relationship.This article delves into the importance and practicality of narrative medicine in pediatric palliative care,shedding light on the hurdles faced during its implementation.The study highlights the pressing need for further extensive and in-depth research of narrative medicine in pediatric palliative care,aiming to provide evidence-based insights that can inform clinical interventions and decision-making processes.
